Sitara AM3358: interrupt processing delays under TI-TROS

Hello All,

My customer met a problem with interrupt processing delays under TI-TROS (tirtos_sitara_2_00_01_23). It looks like NDK (ndk_2_23_01_01) has highest priority and NDK's processing delays TI-RTOS interruption. See a diagram below, delays inside of red "circle" . Please advise how to avoid such delays? Current situation is not acceptable at customer;s system.
