Hi,

I see the TMS320C6748ZWTD4 is NRND - I assume the direct replacement is theTMS320C6748EZWTD4. I think the E is for eco friendly package - is that correct also?

Is there a doc that explains tis change?

    Yes, TMS320C6748ZWTD4 is a Rev 1.0 device and it is not available now. You can use the TMS320C6748EZWTD4 part as a direct replacement. The field 'E' stand for the silicon revision (Rev 2.3) of the device. Please refer section 7.1.2 Device Nomenclature in the device data manual.
