K2H,K2E DDR3/3L DVDD 1.35V

Our customer wold like to use 66AK2H14/12/06 for their industrial system.

Now, they have a question about DDR3L DVDD on K2H.

The 66AK2H14/12/06 allow 1.35[V] DVDD for DDR3L?

I have checked the each device(K2H,K2E) datasheet and I could find the below,

K2H: 1.50[V] only for DDR I/F

K2E: 1.50[V] and 1.35[V] for DDR I/F

And, I could find that DVDD 1.50[V] have changed in Mar. 2015 on 66AK2E02/05 datasheet Rev.D.

I think 66AK2H can allow 1.35[V] DVDD for DDR3L,too. Please, could you check the K2H's DDR3L DVDD?

Yes, the 66AK2H14/12/06 devices have been qualified for DDR3L operation at 1.35V on the DVDD15 supply same as the K2E devices. This enhancement needs to be added to the DM. Thanks for pointing out the omission.
