Ilya,
Please clarify your question. Are you looking for a file system similar to Linux? What do you mean by file system?
Are you looking for XIP NAND?
If you are looking for a NAND example, there is one in the AM335x PDK Starterware at C:\ti\pdk_am335x_1_0_1\packages\ti\starterware\examples\nand\read_write. Its part of the Processor SDK AM335x RTOS http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sw/esd/PROCESSOR-SDK-RTOS-AM335X/latest/index_FDS.html
Thanks.
Lali
I'm looking for file system like FatFS, but the file system should care of bad sectors and other nand flash features.
Are there sysbios ports of YAFF or UBIFS?
Ilya,
Currently TI RTOS only supports FATFS. SYS/BIOS support is currently limited to just a RAM disk, although other media can be added in the future.
Please see the following response from TI RTOS expert on e2e :

I am moving this post to TI RTOS forum so that the experts there can commnet if they know if any third party port.
Regards,
Rahul
