Is this a bug in the cloud pinmux tool? VDDSHV5 is 3.3V but MMC1 is 1.8

First things first. I noticed that on power up, the 3.3v rail rises slightly when only 1.8V is on (this is during the sequencing)

So we have been chasing this down. My astute colleague noticed that the VDDSHV5 rail is connected to 3.3V, yet we are using 1.8V pull-ups on the MMC1 lines. The pinmux tools claims that MMC1 is configured as 1.8V, and it is configured so that VDDSHV5 is 3.3V. Is this not in conflict?

You can check to which power rail your I/O cells are attached from Table 4-1 in the AM335X Datasheet Rev. I.

There is no problem - I forgot that MMC can be assigned to different pins. searching table 4-1 for the pin name mmc1_clk, finds various pins that can have that signal. You need to know what mode the pin is in, and the signal name. The one that the pinmux tool selected is in VDDSHV1. Which is indeed connected to 1.8 volts.

There is no conflict. Apoligies for the false alarm.
