  • Hi
    There is no perfect way to distinguish between the various revs.

    You can use a combination of JTAG ID (defined in the datasheet)
    * 0x0B7D F02F for silicon revision 1.0
    • 0x8B7D F02F for silicon revision 1.1
    • 0x9B7D F02F for silicon revisions 3.0, 2.1, and 2.0

    In addition, it is most relevant to distinguish between rev 3.0 vs older , given the Digital IO buffer age prematurely advisory on older than Si Rev 3.0 si.
    For this you can use the CHIPREVID field, this is in the SYSCFG module and defined in the C6747 TRM.

    Hope this helps.
    Regards
    Mukul
