MCSPI enabling for AM4377 processor with Linux

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM4377

Dear TI Community,

Currently,  my task for our ethercat project using am4377 sitara processor is to test MCSPI function with Linux.

Anybody here could share linux-base driver for MCSPI because as to my understanding sdk-linux-am437x-evm-02.00.01.07 is limited only to QSPI driver and no support yet for MCSPI.

We tried already several steps using sysboot setting[4:0] --->11010b----> UART0--->SPI--->QSPI---->MMC1 using UART communication

but still fail enable the MCSPI as master. We tried also sending sspi from uboot but still cannot read /write all 5 spi bus of AM437x

Is there other way to test MCSPI from uboot command.

We are thinking maybe separate MCSPI driver will do but we are not yet sure.

Thank you for your help.

regards,

Leo
