Need help on OMAPL138 ordering part clarity

Dear All,

One of my customer is planning to look into OMAP-L138EZWTA4 part, but i am unable to see this part in web. whereas as alternate i am able to OMAP-L138EZWT4 part alone in web. I hope there is only temperature difference between these two parts 0 to 90 degress( OMAPL138EZWT4) & OMAPL138EZWTA4( -40 to 105 deg). please help to confirm, also OMAPL138EZWTA4 part is available in our cost book, why it is not available in web.

please help to clarify is this part still active?

The OMAPL138EZWTA4 device is not intended for broad market and it was removed recently from the order list. Yes, you can use OMAPL138EZWT4 as the only difference is the temperature rating.
