When no avaliable memory card or external interface , what will be output through UART3?
I just see "40W" at this case while I found some reference design board showed what the first output is "40T" , What does this mean?
Thanks!

This is the boot ROM code going through a sequence of peripherals looking for one to boot from. There is a handshaking procedure from the boot ROM code to each peripheral. The SYS_BOOT pin settings of a device determine the order that the peripherals are tried. The UART output is an artifact from this procedure.
Hope that helps.
