kernel image and rootsfs flashing for dm6446 board

Hi sir,

      how to flash u-boot a, linux kernel image and root fs using sd card for the davinci dm6446 board.?

    Could you give more detail about your board? Is it a custom board or you are using some stock DM6446 based board likeDM6446 EVM for example?

    i thinks its developing board TMS320DM6446A ... now i flashed u-boot kernel image and rootfs by using following link
    processors.wiki.ti.com/.../UG:_DaVinci_PSP_Installation_on_DM644x_EVM
    but after that i want add dvsdk and gstremer for that but its telling no space so i want to boot using u-boot please suggest me....

  • You can NFS boot and have your DVSDK package in your network server P and do gstreamer stuff.
    If its DM6446 EVM, you might have Harddisk.

    Use "df -h" command to see the available size on mounted disk.

    Where do you have the filesystem ?
    NAND flash ?
    If yes, size of the NAND flash ?

    The only way is that you have to boot target via NFS.
