We will select select DDR3 x8 SDRAM for C6678，our project needs 8GB DDR3，I think it's wrong to be in the datasheet,the right should be 8Gb（128Mx8x8）x9 SDRAMs，is that so？thanks!

Yes, you are correct. The DDR configuration for 8GB should be 8Gb (128M x 8 x 8) x 9 SDRAMs. We will correct this typo in the next revision of the document.
