Help. Connect the TI Blaze with a eMagin SXGA OLED-XL™ with HDMI 1.3 input 30-bit?

Does one $ 2000 TI Blaze sEVM 4430 with Pico with HDMI 1.3 output 30-bit;
output 720p of Citrix Receiver for Android running Windows Server 2008 R2
to one $ 2500 eMagin SXGA OLED-XL™' microdisplay connected to one
SXGA-1012SD video driver board for a eMagin SXGA OLED-XL™ microdisplay
with HDMI 1.3 input 30-bit. Does it? If it does I buy one TI Blaze sEVM
4430 with Pico instantly.

Is Android' Citrix Receiver output: MPEG4 ASP, MPEG-2 MP, H.264 HP, ON2
VP7 or VC-1 AP?
In other words can Citrix Receiver be controlled via the tpd12s015 or
wuxga display controller serial - parallel as shown on the chip block

Less technical: The TI Blaze sEVM4430 with Pico has HDMI output, runs
android 2.1. But in the video www.youtube.com/watch you can't see if you
can browse, navigate on a screen connected to the HDMI 1.3 output of the
TI Blaze. PS: I saw android 2.1 - which runs on the TI Blaze sEVM 4430
with pico - on HDMI 720p on the Beagleboard www.youtube.com/watch.
