Unable to communicate with the emulator Blackhawk XDS560v2-USB.

Recently,I learn how to use TI TMDSEVM6678LE,but one day,when I tested connection with Blackhawk XDS560v2-USB in TMDSEVM6678LE,it faild.Who can help me,thank you very much.
