DaVinci Internal Pullup for USB2.0 D+ Line

Hi,

I have a question about DM6446 USB2.0.

We are using DM6446 USB2.0 as full speed device(peripheral mode).
I guess 1.5kohm pullup on the D+ Line are required for Full speed.
Does DM6446 USB have internal 1.5kohm pullup on the D+ Line?
On DM6446EVM, there are no external pullup resistor on the D+/D- Line,
so that I guess it should have internal resistor.

In DM6446 data sheet and USB user guide, there are no description about pullup resistor on D+.
But in other device(OMAP-L138) TRM, it said as follow:
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
If the USB0_ID pin has been left floating, it will know that it has to assume the role of a device and will enable
its 1.5 kohm pull-up resistor to signify to the attached external host that it is a Full-Speed device.
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
So, I thought that DM6446 USB may have internal resistor or not.

best regards,
g.f.
