track width external/internal layer

Dear TI,

i found this document for BBB online dimensions are in mils/thou mistype as inches in the pdf

does this track width (50ohm single ended impedance control) marked in red for BBB represent all signal lines like spi,i2c,uart, gpio including power lines apart from 90ohm(USB) and 100ohm(ethernet) in which case the track width of all power line is also 4.75 mils/thou on external layer and 5.25 mils/thou on internal layers am i correct?

These are controlled impedance tracks - 50Ohm single-ended. By no means this is valid for the power supply lines. Please refer to the BBB layout files for reference.

i want to know all track width , clearance for different type of signal on BBB . can you please send me the link i can't find BBB layout files .
i also want to know what type of core and prepeg material was used.

But with the files in the link you send we cannot make out anything as to what is the track width and clearance size can you please write in this message in some simple format as to what is track width and clearance used for various type of signals

Do you mean that you cannot open the layout files? There are free viewers for most formats. Design rules are embedded in the layouts. For DDR layout you can find guidelines in section 7.7.2 of the AM335X Datasheet Rev. J. You will also find high-speed interface layout guidelines in this document: www.ti.com/.../spraar7e.pdf
