Dear Naveen,
TMS means , this product is full qualified for production device.
Its general name for all C6x based fixed/floating point DSP processors. C6000 is the family for all DSP devices, like C674x (C6747,C6748), C64x (C6452), C66x (multi core DSPs C6678,C6657 and C6670 etc.,)

Usually, The name of the part number is known as "Device nomenclature". If come across something like this, download a Datasheet of a device which belongs to that series of C6000. For example, when I open up the datasheet of C6748, it says,
