error connecting the target Tiva c , after connect usb controller to the pc usb

hi there, i'm using tiva C TM4C123GXL using CC6 on linux, and i connect the usb controller to the usb port in my pc .. it seemed as a bad idea :3 ..

anyway, the uC now not responding to any code, it reacts as "error connecting the target", is this the end of this uC ? :3
knowing that the last code i wrote on tiva is still work "interrupt to blink a led" .
