You could try to compare both boards what's the differences.
Could you boot with SD card?

This may not be it, but do make sure that the serial port in your bootloader, your kernel and /etc/inittab file all match (example: ttyO2).  I've changed the serial port in one place, but not the others and the initial boot messages come out one, but then stop.  (Or there is no command prompt after boot completion).

My board was designed to boot from nand flash,so there was no SD card devices.
and I've compare the both boards, but found nothing different,
by the way,I've test ddr , uart, nand and ethernet thrugh CCS test program,
and which all turn out to work well.

I've checked my remote PC filesystem, and found that /sbin/init file icon has  a cross on it，

and which would show like broken messages by double clicking,as  init.sysvinit was lost.

well,would you explan me about how  this happen? and then what should I do?

On the other ting,if  my filesystems is unproper ,how could it work well on my TI_evm board?

Hi,

1. You can untar the filesystems again into the place and check. Since one softlink is broken, it could very well be others are also broken.
2. There could be multiple reasons why a link could break : like copying over network without compressing, putting in non-linux partition (FAT32, NTFS)etc.
3. Regarding how it worked on EVM, I am not sure again. Can you confirm if the bootargs in both cases are pointing to the same filesystems location or different.

1. I've untar my filesystems again ,but it seems that all softlinks in that file are broken, and I wonder why could this happen?

2. I copy the filesystem in the format   xxx.lzma.tar .

3 . I' sure that  my bootargs in both cases are pointing to the same filesystem ,since I didn't change my filesystem  and the bootargs, they are all the same.

well ,I'm really confused, it's like kind of conflict！

1. Was the filesystems in the package in lzma format ?

2. Can you share the filesystems ?

3. On which disk you untar ? Is it NTFS/FAT ?
