Is it possible to to change the VID and PID of the USB (usb_vid_pid Register) of AM335X SK board?

PID and VID values are stored in the AM335X usb_vid_pid register, which is read-only. It's not possible to change them.

You can change the values of VID and PID of an USB device port, no problem. You have to look where the VID and PID values are set in the usb device descriptors. This is up to the driver which you use.
