[AM572x] The insert timing of external PCIe clock

Thank you for your explanation about PCIe clock as E2E thread below;

I would like to know when I provide the external clock to PCIe pins(LJCB_CLKP/N).

If I provide the external clock to PCIe pins(LJCB_CLKP/N) before "1. Set the startup"

shown in the E2E thread above, Is it OK?

Does it work properly?
