I have been looking back of the quoted NAND read/write performance figures for various PSPs. Note:

The performance figures for the 3.20.00.14 PSP is way higher than the PSP 3.20.00.08 figures, which themselves are slightly higher than the (later) PSP 3.22.00.06 figures.
What gives? Are all three sets of figures (quoting the same NAND chip and, presumably, the same TI SoC) correct? If so, why did the performance go up so rapidly, then go down again?
