Working on a custom board largely based on Beagle x-15. It would be interesting to know the thermal characteristics of AM5728. As per the data sheet, the commercial junction temperature is 0°C ~ 90°C. So, this is the surrounding operating temperature i believe. We would like to know the use case data of different combinations. Ex: Thermal characteristics with 1CPU+1PCIe+USB... Etc
Is that available anywhere?
