Hi,

I'm New for External Memory interfacing. For my current project using AM3357 and have to interface SDRAM and Flash Memory.
I check with AM3357 Processor datasheet interface availability and maximum memory capacity supports.
I'm looking for DDR3 and NAND Flash Interface, part selection.
SDRAM DDR3 => EMIF
NAND Flash => GMPC
Kindly suggest Some proved or tested part numbers and interface method of SDRAM and NAND Flash for AM3357.
