Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM3354
Hi,
I am using 2*512MB DDR2 using am3354 processor.
I have selected the part from Micron i.e mt47h512m8wtr-25 it is TwinDie DDR2 SDRAM. Is it support on AM3354 processor?. Because there is another 2 ranks i.e ODT0, CKE0, CS0 & ODT1, CKE1, CS1 extra signals are coming signals. There is no two signals are coming from Processor to set the register values.
How to control 2 ranks.
