IPNC_RDK3.8 how to display a single image(just a **.yuv file)

Hello everyone!
    I'm working on the DM8127_IPNC_RDK3.8.
    Now it can capture video to display on HDMI/TV by the chain like : cameraLink --> dispalyLink.
    But now I want to display a single image(just a ***.yuv file containing one frame) in filesystem. What should I do? Is there any usecase for study ?
