Hi,

I'm Little confuse about NAND Flash Memory Selection. Right now I'm in design phase. In our application we required NAND Flash for Firmware Loading and Data Storage. For it Which interfacing is good.

Through GPMC Interfacing, what will be the maximum memory can utilize.

Hi,

There is no limitation on NAND size. GPMC address space limitations are valid only for memory-mapped devices, which NAND isn't. See section 26.1.7.4 from the AM335x TRM Rev. M for NAND flash requirements for booting.

Hi Biser,
NAND Flash Selection is done. We are going with GPMC Interface 8-bit Asynchronous mode. Now how to load Program to On Board Nand Flash.
