Any chance that this bug:

SDOCM00114670 S2 - Major SPI driver for Tiva is spinning in the hwi for TivaC but not for snowflake

which was fixed in RTOS 2.12.01.33, has reverted in 2.16......

We have a system that works only in 2.12.01.33.  In 2.16 Spi_transfer() disappears into HWI and never comes back, I believe in each of several non-2.01.33 systems.  For now I'm just checking whether this is a known issue.  Callback and blocking systems both.
