I'm trying to understand how to source a suitable SDRAM for the DM368. The suggested one, K4T1G164QF-BCF7, is long out of production. Leopard board schematics suggests "MT47H64M16HR-2.5", and I wonder if the following, (MT47H64M16HR-25E:H) is suitable:

(is the linked alternative 1 GB? Would that cause issues?)
A forum search brings up some more content where MT47H64M16 is an alternative to K4T1G164QF, but I still don't understand what to select for size, etc.
