Documentation on Embedded Trace Buffer (ETB) for C6472

Hi

I'm trying to find info on the C6472 trace buffer. Unlike the C6474 datasheet, the C6472 sprs612c.pdf does not have any "embedded trace" hits when I grep for it. I get "ETB" hits but there isn't anything that says what ETB stands for.

After comparing the two device data sheets, I can conclude that the "ETB" is the buffer I want, but it would sure be nice if the data sheet had more info on it.
