I found somebody had implemented 1080P@30F on dm368 from the link:

Where can I get the h264 encoder ( version 2.0) as he mentioned,my version is dm365_h264enc_01_10_00_08?

H264 encoder with 1080P@30FPS on DM368 is under development, will be available for download before end of June.
