Hi,

This is described in section 14.3.7 of the AM335X TRM Rev. M. The reference clock used for the time stamp (RCLK) is sourced from one of the two sources, as shown in Figure 14-10. The source can be selected by configuring the CM_CPTS_RFT_CLKSEL register in the Control Module.

Thanks for your response.
I found that it operates in frequency 200MHz or 250MHz based CM_CPTS_RFT_CLKSEL register configuration.
