PROC_load() in dsplink

Hi,

1. We came to know that DSP download APIs (PROC_load, PROC_start...etc) defined in dsplink. Could you let us know, from where we can download the dsplink source?

 

2. Whether this dsplink source can be used irrespective of any framework? Kindly suggest.
