DM355 MPEG4 encoder memory usage problem at DVSDK 1.30.00.23

We are using the 1.06.01 codecs pack from DVSDK 1.30.00.23
    (DM355 DVEVM disc content). On the DM355 platform the MPEG4
    encoder allocating the whole system memory after 10-12 minutes.
    We have used the linux free command to monitor the system memory
    usage. When video recording is starting the free memory is about 75
    MByte after 10-12 minutes it will 2 MByte only and software will
    terminate.
    We would like to use this DVSDK version if possible, because we
    have not enough time for adapting a newer linux version to our systems.
    I am waiting any idea of fix to solve this problem as short as
    possible.
