Data transmit and receive in big endian between k2-pcie and xilinx spartan 6 pcie

Hi experts,

My processor is keystone-2(66AK2E02) and it is connected with xilinx spartan 6 pcie end point.

when i transmit data from K2 to FPGA my data converted into big endian and when i receive data that also in big endian.

K2 is in little endian. FPGA pcie is also in little endian.

Any idea why this is happening???

Dear Vijaykumar,
Please refer to the PCIe user guide (sprugs6d) of keystone device.
Chapter 2.10.2, Support for Endian Modes

In my opinion, PCIe payload will be required to be big endian as per the PCIe specifications.

Hi Titus,
Thanks for fast response.
I read chapter 2.10.2 but it tells that no endian conversation required if system is in little endian mode.
where i have to set payload in big endian ???
