AM335x VTP_CTRL register READY bit never sets

I tried this "bootloader" program on AM335x EVM-sk and vtr_ctrl register bit[5] "ready" have been set to '1'.
So, I think this is hardware problem not software.

If this is a custom board it may be a hardware or configuration problem. They will need to follow the EMIF configuration guidelines:

I understand that they need to follow the EMIF configuration and leveling guidelines.
But VTP need to be process before EMIF / Leveling configuration.
So that I guess EMIF and leveling configurations are not the occasion against VTP ready bit problem.

So, I think the customer should chech the hardware first.
They should check the DDR_VTP pin and attached resistor but are there any thing else to check?

I cannot say without seeing the schematic.

I will ask my customer for the schematic.
But I can't attach the customer schematic whether I get it, so I will take a look myself.

Did you check all the DDR supply, PWRONRSTn, DDR PLL settings? Can you also provide the schematics as requested earlier?

This issue have been solved.
The customer are using TPS51200 for DDR termination and enabling via AM335x GPIO.
But they set this gpio with wrong setting and when they set to correct setting, the issue was solved.
