DM643X - DDR2 Layout

Hi!

Is it possible to work with 04 DDR2 IC´s instead of only 02 as EVM??? I´m asking it because my applications requires 2Gb of DDR2 and we are just founding 256Mb memories avaliable on the market

If it´s possible, how can I design it? There is any App Note refer to?

Check out this document: Implementing DDR2 PCB Layout on the TMS320DM643x DMSoC (Rev. A) found on the product page.

Table 1 states the maximum number of devices is 2.
