first at all I would ask if is there anyone who has dealed with interfacing this same nand model.
I have wasted too much time trying to associate correctly micron datasheet parameters with GPMC configuration fields: CSon, CSrdoff, CSwroff, advoff, weon, weoff, eon, eoff, etc.. But I can't find all of them. It seems to be different Csoff, eoff and weoff times depending on kind of command or operation are launched. I'm confused on this.
Second, if there is no body dealing with this, I would like to ask for the best suggestions and tips for establishing those relations between a nand datasheet wave forms:
and TRM GPMC parameters (I know where are GPMC command, address and data cycle chapters, I have read and seen figures).
In ex:
- tRC and tWC are booth the same that WRcycletime and RDcycletime on TRM?
- Would you declare ALEoff time as ALH + ALS?
- Reontime as first low RE and Reoff as REontime + tRC?
- WEontime as first low WE and WEoff as WEontime + tWC?
- Can tCEA be the same as TRM RDaccestime?
- TRM says that CSWRoff time = WRcycletime and CSRDofftime= RDcycletime, is it so?
Any coments and suggests will be helpful.
