Linux File System Read Write Performance Test for NAND flash

hi i would like to know the read & write performance for NAND flash under linux.

i have linux 4.1.13 flashed with filesystem in NAND in AM335xevm.

i follwed one of the command given by another member as follows:

dd if=/dev/mtd7ro of=/dev/null bs=1M count=100

but i can only see in reply as

100+0 records in

100+0 records out

its not showing hw many bytes copied at what speed like the way it is told in this post : https://e2e.ti.com/support/embedded/linux/f/354/t/128433

thanks for the reply..its very helpful.. one more doubt is there im using "sdk 02.00.01.07" and the results are given for Core-SDK-2015.03 will it matter and how these are corelated. plz provide some insight.

There should not be any significant difference, if any at all.
