AM335x custom board MLO problem

We build a custom board with AM3358 based on BBB ( 4G EMMC, 4Gb DDR3 , SD).

When we use SD card created with linux-sdk, it does not show any thing on serial console.but when we use AM335x SK linux sd card (included in starter

kit) it can load MLO and stop at EEprom ID detect.can any body advise me how to change U-Boot source and compile for my custom board?

First of all you must configure your DDR3 interface. See these links for details:

Thank you for your attention.
I use ( ti-processor-sdk-linux-am335x-evm-02.00.00.00) ,it contain a source folder for uboot make, in which file I must change
DDR parameters.

Could you also attach the SD card created with linux-sdk to your host PC and post the output of sudo fdisk -l /dev/sdX command?

I think that MLO completely run inside the internal memory of sitara.
if this is true I must see output on serial console.also I use dedicated startup image for
writing EEPROM according to this link:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_Starter_Kit_ID_Memory_Programming
It does not work also.

The ROM bootloader load the SPL to the internal memory and the SPL loads U-Boot into external memory.

In general the SPL print these messages while booting,

U-Boot SPL <version (date-checkout)) (build date and time)
reading args
#some errors from <u-boot>/common/spl
reading u-boot.img
reading u-boot.img

but if the AM335x SK linux sd card works and the SD card created with linux-sdk doesn't, then the issue must be in the way you created the SD card.
