AM572x datasheet DDR guidelines - missing reference

Table 8-9 on page 386 of the AM5728 datasheet lists the high-speed bypass capacitors required for each DDR device.

Lines 3 and 4 of the table state "See and (11)".  There appears to be a footnote number missing.

Furthermore, footnote (12) states "For more information, see , Core Power Domains".  There appears to be a document title missing.

Please advise.
