How to make an application included linux system and dsp codes?

For OMAPL138, already exist some SYSLINK examples. They are part of MCSDK. I would recommend you to download and make use of it. processors.wiki.ti.com/.../MCSDK_OMAPL138_User_Guide_Chapter_Exploring In the same link, they have given instructions like how to run the examples and communicate between the cores.

This question is not clear. What do you mean by putting all the functions? What functions you refer to? What do you mean by "some" dsp applications?

(3) Is there a way help me initialize the omapl138 clock,ddr,pinmux model before linux system loaded?

Before you load linux, you will run u-boot which initialises the clock, ddr and pinmux etc, etc.

In addition to these, IPC examples are available as bare metal example codes without any operating systems as well.
