The Missing C5505/C5515 Docs

TI is now shipping released silicon for C5505 and C5515.

It is unusual for TI to release parts when the public documentation is at such an incomplete state. Some of us are currently using the (now no longer even linked) VC5505 docs, wiki pages, "transition hint" PDFs, forum postings and Ouija boards to progress on our projects.

These important docs seem to be currently missing for C5515:

DSP Peripheral Overview Reference Guide ( for Clock Generator specs and Idle Configs)
DSP System User's Guide
USB User's Guide
MMC/SD Card Controller User's Guide

Is there a plan or schedule for release of such critical documentation?

    Hi Steve,

    We are actively working on these documents and should have them on the web before the end of July.  The different documents will be released as they are completed.  If you would like preliminary versions can you please ask your local TI reperesentative to contact me.
