OMAP-L128 with LPDDR2 SDRAM

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAP-L138

We want to use the maximal accessible memory space of 512MByte for an external DDR-RAM.

We consider to use the "EDB4416BBBH" chip from Micron.
This is a low power DDR2 single die SDRAM:

Die configuration: 32 Meg x 16 x 8 banks
Row addressing: 16K A[13:0]
Column addressing: 2K A[10:0]

According to the technical reference manual chapter "DDR2/mDDR Memory Controller" this should be a possible solution.

Has anyone already used this chip as an extrenal RAM for OMAP-L138?
Is there a known working configuration for the DDR2 memory controller for this type of SDRAM?
