Any way to get Reference Frameworks?

Hi, i'm working on a DM642 platform, and Reference Frameworks is used in old codes.

But it seems the Reference Frameworks is obsolete. I also searched some topics in the forum, but all download links given in the posts are dead.

1. what is the latest version of RF?

2. Could anyone give me some link from which i can download RF-3 or RF-5?
