GLSDK Target SD Card doesn't have "gst-plugins-ugly" elements

Hello,

I use GSLDK 7.04 for Vayu EVM J6 Target board. I need to use GStreamer in it. I referred software manifest from the GLSDK document, and found that gst-plugins-ugly elements are not available. Seems like I have to port all the GStreamer packages for my Target board to use them all. Kindly help me to port the Ugly Elements.
