I have one question regarding AM5728 Package (mechanical data).
Recently, I have received an Email alert. According to it, the package option was renewal.
The old data sheet is written in only one package's mechanical data. But, according to the newest data sheet - package option addendum, it is written in two packages mechanical data. And the maximum height of package are different.
What does this mean? I think the BGA package type for AM5728 was added. Two type package may be used for AM5728. Is my understanding right?
If it is so, why did the new bga package add ?
