Unable to get the IP address from TDA3x-evm

Dear all,

I tried to use the network tools provided in Vision SDK 2.08.00. I followed the user guide of the Vision SDK network tools, chapter 1.2 (Finding IP address of the target EVM). The "NDK_PROC_TO_USE" is set as ipu1_0. I tried both DHCP mode and static IP mode but while I connected my PC with TDA3x-evm, I found the IP address of the evm was always 0.0.0.0, thus I cannot ping the evm successfully, see the following image. How can I successfully connect the PC with TDA3x-evm? Thank you!

TDA3 is not supported on any public E2E forum.
Please contact your regional field /sales office to see what would be the best place to help get support for this.
