I just bought the omap-L138 lcdk. Is there any example code that uses the ARM with DSP/BIOS and uses a .tcf to set it up? I cannot get ARM code to compile using a text configuration file (.tcf)

DSP/BIOS is for only ARM core.
We have SYSBIOS code for DSP core and Starterware code (bare-metal i.e non-OS) for DSP and ARM core.

I have not seen any examples of the ARM using a text configuration file (.tcf). Can I use a .tcf when writing code for the ARM?

Target configuration file wouldn't be used while writing code for ARM only devices like sitara.

Have you only specific about the DSP/BIOS,else any omapl138 supporting package.
Have you tried with the starterware examples.Starterware have lot of support compare than DSP/BIOS.

You can also download DSP/BIOS packages in below link,but it have only limited support.
