No csl in CCS4

I have installed CCS4.1 which found my instalation of code generation tools 4.3.6.

When I compile using the older CCS3.3 everything is OK as it finds the csl in the CCS3.3 installation.

When I compile using CCS4.1 it cannot find <tistdtypes.h> which is part of the csl. The csl is not included in CGT4.3.6 so where can I get it from?
