AM335x USB disabling PING and NYET

Does the AM335x USB support to disable the issuing PING tokens and the sending of NYET handshakes?

Yes, AM335x USB supports these. Please search for MUSB_CSR0_H_DIS_PING and MUSB_RXCSR_DISNYET in Linux kernel musb driver.
